Vape Kingdom offers a couple of shipping options to customers.

Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Weekdays, 10 AM–6 PM)

Standard Shipping

• Orders under $49: flat rate of $10
• Orders of $49 or more: shipping fee waived
• Delivery time: 3–9 business days

Delivery times may vary by region.;

Express Shipping

• Orders under $99: flat rate of $20
• Orders of $99 or more: shipping fee waived

Delivery times may vary by region.;

GTA Area

• Order before 11:30 AM on a business day → delivered the same day
• Order after 11:30 AM on a business day → delivered the next business day

Montreal / Quebec City Area

• Order before 11:30 AM on a business day → delivered the next business day
• Orders placed after 11:30 AM on a business day will normally be delivered within 2 business days.

Rest of Canada

• Ontario (regional): 1–2 business days
• Other provinces (national): 3–5 business days (varies by region)

Delivery estimates are based on business days and begin after your order has been processed and dispatched. Delays may occur due to holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package, you can visit our Tracking Page. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to become available.

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at services@vapekingdom.ca if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at services@vapekingdom.ca. If your return is accepted, we will provide the return address and return instructions by email.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please contact us if you have an urgent request.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
