【Standard Shipping】

• Orders under $49: a flat standard shipping fee of $10
  
• Orders of $49 or more: standard shipping is free
  
• Estimated delivery time: 3–9 business days
  

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier service.

【Express Shipping – Same/Next Day Available】

• Orders under $99: a flat express shipping fee of $20
  
• Orders of $99 or more: express shipping is free
  

Estimated express delivery times vary by region:

• Greater Toronto Area: Order before 11:30 AM on a business day for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 11:30 AM will be delivered on the next business day.
  
• Montreal / Quebec City Area: Order before 11:30 AM on a business day for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 11:30 AM will be delivered on the following business day.
  
• 
  Ontario regional deliveries: Approximately 1–2 business days
  
• 
  Other Canadian provinces: Approximately 3–5 business days, depending on the destination
  

Order Processing Time

Please allow approximately 1–2 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch.

All processing and delivery estimates are based on business days. Orders are not normally processed or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Delivery delays may occur because of severe weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, high order volumes, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our control.

• Order by 11:30 AM on a business day in the Montreal or Quebec City area for next-business-day delivery.
  

Orders of $99 or more qualify for free express shipping. A $20 express shipping fee applies to orders under $99.

Same-day and next-day delivery are subject to order confirmation, product availability, and delivery service availability. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be delivered on the next eligible business day.
